Establish a comprehensive administrative plan and an integrated organizational structure aimed at developing the administrative work at "Falthat.ksa" cooperative association. The project included studying the current administrative situation of the association, building an organizational structure that ensures the smooth flow of operations, in addition to developing administrative plans that contribute to achieving the non-profit association's goals efficiently and effectively to ensure providing the best possible care.
